Here's the story....
My ride, a 1998, which originally was Y&W, was purchased
in May 2001 from an X-Solo bike cop who need the money to repair his garage.
The bike had 8,500 miles and was in fairly good condition. Although I
hadn't ridden for several years, I was extremely impressed with the handling
of the BIG BEAST!!!
Well, after driving the bike around the island, I drove it to my workplace
and stripped her down. I knew I wanted flames with a
"pearl-white" base, but I just wasn't sure on the color scheme of
the flames. That's were my honey stepped in and sat down with the
painter (Dennis of Cosmic Customs) to discuss the type and color of the
flames. Needless to say, I had no idea how the paint job was going to
turn out. But much to my surprise and delight, I was very pleased when
I went to pick the parts up. Oh yeah, I paid $1,000 for the paint job.
As for the parts:
* Tires are Metzler ME880
* Handlebar is a "White Brothers Bikini Bar"
* Front / rear turn signals lights (small Silver-Bullets), brake pedal
cover, heel shift cover, toe shift peg, grips, and mirrors are from Kuryakyn
* The stainless-braided throttle cables, which are 6" over-stock, are
from Motion-Pro
* The front brake and clutch lines are stainless-braided, 3"
over-stock, from Spielger USA
* Lower fork bullets are from Areomach
* Tear-Drop cover is from Thunder-Bike
* Seat and backrest pad is from Mustang
* Rear master cylinder cover, drivershaft cover, battery cover, backrest and
mounting, billet upper frame covers are from Suzuki
* The Lo-Boy Shotgun exhaust (without baffles), passenger floorboards, and
Free-way bar is from Cobra USA
* Tach with Electro-Luminescent Face is from Drag Specialties
* Brake & Clutch levers are from Iron Braid
* The side covers and exhaust hanger bracket was chrome locally in the
islands
* Carbs are setup with the stage 3 (K&N open filter) - Thanks to HC!!!
* A total of 100 (may be more) hours was spent polishing the wheels, brake
rotors, fork lowers, passenger peg mounts, handlebar switch housing and
master cylinders, upper triple-tree clamp, differential housing, and last
but not least, the license plate backing plate.- Thanks to Woody Johnson
("the polisher")and "Tommer"

One final note, can you please thank all the brothers and sisters from the
forums (past & present) for the encouragement and support they've given
me!!!
Oh yeah, no pics of me - would ruin the photos (hehehehe)
