Fellow Intruder 1500 owners,

Here's my ride. Most upgrades have been bolt-ons. I, like many, have removed the PAIR valve and had an empty triangular box. So, I thought I'd put it to good use.  I mounted two relays and the compressor for the twin air horns in this now empty chrome box.  Works perfectly.

Used stainless steel hose run between the cylinders to the air horn.  The other relay is used to power the twin driving lights when I switch the lights to high.  Highway hawk provided the front fender light, which I wired to work with the tail light in parking mode as designed by Suzuki. They also offer a good looking rear fender rail that matches the front one from Suzuki. I'm still waiting on Cobra for the shaft cover and hub cover.

People don't understand just how comfortable this thing is on the road. I've had zero problems other than the rear brakes that we all know about. The Jardine drag pipes are great and offer enough baffle so no jet kit is needed. Plugs look great at 8k miles.

Ride safe,
